PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
The present Rules, the price list and the available services, are brought to the attention of the Customers upon arrival and are posted at the entrance of the structure and inside the village.
The entry and the relative stay in our structure are valid as acceptance without reservation of the norms contained in the present Regulations, Beach Regulations and Beach Regulations of Thomas.
Our structure is organized as follows:
Camping
Bathhouse
Thomas Beach (animal beach)
Open bar
Fry shop
Restaurant
All the rules shown here apply to all areas of the complex.
1. Primary Standard.
a) All customers are equal and are entitled to the same treatment. Equality should be understood as a prohibition against any unjustified discrimination, and not on the contrary, as a uniformity of the performances that are often adapted to the needs of the individual client.
b) The entrance to the campsite and the reservation request implies acceptance and full compliance with these regulations, so before deciding whether to stay please carefully review the price list, timetables and internal rules.
2. Right to Expulsion.
The management informs that within the campsite the regulation is prescriptive and as a consequence makes it known that anyone who does not respect it or behaves in such a way as to cause damage or disturbance, will be invited to immediately leave the accommodation complex. In case of repetition of the infractions, the guest becomes unwanted and the management reserves the right not to admit it in the future.
Within the village, behavior appropriate to community life is required and entry into our structure involves the acceptance and observance of these Regulations.
The defaulters will be immediately removed.
3. Schedules
Reception timetable
a) Reception is open from 9.00 to 16.00
b) The cash desk is open from 9.00 to 13.00
c) The entrances to the campsite are accepted in the opening hours of the reception;
d) Payments are accepted at the opening hours of the cash desk.
e) The use of beach services takes place exclusively during the opening hours of the bathhouse from 09:00 to 19:00
f) After 19:00 no access to the establishment and use of beach furniture is allowed to use the beach services that are necessarily terminated.
PROCEDURES
4. Reservations
4.1. Booking pitches, bungalows and beach sheds
a) The reservation can be made on line using the appropriate section of the website www. glaucobeachclub.it.
b) The allocation of pitches is the undisputed prerogative of the Reception. Any possible change must be authorized by it.
c) The booking request is confirmed upon payment of the deposit and more precisely:
d) if the booking is made before May 1, an amount equal to not less than 50% of the amount of the reservation including attendance and additional services.
e) if the reservation is made after May 1, an amount equal to 100% of the amount of the reservation including attendance and additional services.
f) The balance of the price must be paid upon arrival at the property.
g) If the booking is made within a few days of the start of the stay, the deposit must be paid by choosing a payment method that guarantees payment to Glauco srl before the start date of stay. Otherwise it will not be considered a valid booking and the prices of the current price list will be applied and any payments that will be credited after the start date will be considered as down payments.
h) At the beginning and at the end of the season some services may be reduced or not working in relation to the number of presences.
i) Any delay in arrival above 12.00 of the day following the scheduled date or failure to give prior notice will result in immediate termination, with the right of Glauco srl. to retain the deposit, subject to compensation for damages.
4.2. Duration of stay.
a) The reservation is binding; the beginning of the stay means that the customer must pay the full price even if he renounces part of the stay.
b) In case of early departure, the entire fare will be due.
c) Any variation in increase or decrease of the duration of the stay must be expressly authorized by the management.
d) The early departure of one or more crew members before the end of the stay, must be communicated expressly at the time of departure, otherwise the full amount of the period will be counted against the balance.
e) By arrival date means the day on which the customer arrives and registers on a camping site, the client at the scheduled time, made the registration occupies the assigned parking area or the overnight accommodation unit.
f) Each guest who stays within the structure must pay, in addition to the rate calculated on the camping price list, the tourist tax, to the extent and in the manner established by the Municipality of Soverato.
5. Transfer of the reservation.
The reservation is personal and can not be transferred by the customer to third parties for any reason or title.
6. Right of Withdrawal.
The customer can at any time give up the reservation, giving notice in writing to Glauco Beach Club.
The cancellation involves the retention by the campsite of the amount of the reservation of the stay, in the following measures:
• 30% of the amount of the reservation for the stay, if the cancellation occurs between the reservation date and the 60th day before the start date of the stay;
• 70% of the amount of the booking of the stay, if the cancellation occurs between the 59th and the 11th day before the start date of the stay;
• 100% of the amount of the booking of the stay, if the cancellation occurs from the 9th day onwards.
The refund will be made within 60 days from the date of cancellation of the reservation.
7. (CHECK-IN) Registration of Customers, Guests, Visitors.
a) Upon arrival, all campers, guests or visitors are required to file a valid identity document, to fill in the public safety data sheets, to settle the remainder of any on-line booking or, in case they appear directly in the structure, to deposit a deposit equal to 100% of the expected days of stay including attendance and options.
b) Minors are allowed only if accompanied by adults who take formal responsibility towards them.
c) Parents are responsible for the acts performed by their minor children within the structure.
d) Guests of the village can take advantage of the beach assigned to them and bounded. The assigned beach is considered unattended beach, therefore without rescue service.
e) Animals of any kind can not be introduced on the beach even if they have a muzzle or leash, naturally excluding guide dogs for the blind
7.1. Bungalow:
a) Check-in is from 4 pm on arrival day; the check-out must be done before 10.00 am on the day of departure.
b) Guests staying in bungalows, regardless of the length of stay, are required to pay a deposit of € 50.00, which will be returned upon departure, after checking the absence of damage inside the occupied unit.
c) For hygienic reasons it is mandatory to use sheets on the living units and it will be the customer's responsibility to bring their own. In case of non-compliance with this obligation a penalty of € 25.00 will be charged to the defaulting guest.
d) Within the first two hours of arrival, report any damage or breakage of objects in the direction of damage. During the check-out a check will be carried out in which damages or faults will be charged to the customer; the same must correspond to the sum of € 25.00 if dishes or dishes to be washed were found.
e) The arrival and occupation of bungalows in a number of persons above the maximum number is not permitted. Failure to comply with the above will result in the removal of defaulting guests, without any refund for the deposit paid.
7.2. Tents and caravans:
a) Check-in is from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm; Check-out must be done before 12.00 on the day of departure.
b) It is not allowed the arrival and occupation of pitches in a number of people above the maximum expected. Failure to comply with the above will result in the removal of defaulting guests, without any refund for the deposit paid.
c) The period of stay is counted starting from the day of actual occupation of the plaza la (fitting of residence means).
7.3. Visitors and guests:
a) Entry to strangers and unauthorized persons is strictly forbidden. Persons not authorized by the management found inside the campsite will be reported for violation of the home in accordance with art. 614 c.p.p.
b) Admission to visitors is allowed only in the opening hours of the reception if relatives, friends and / or acquaintances of customers regularly present in the campsite.
c) If visitors stay for more than an hour in the campsite, the guest will have to pay the price of the fare in force by presenting himself to the Reception before the time expires.
d) Visitors must leave the campsite by 11 pm.
e) In order to protect privacy, unless explicitly authorized by the interested parties, it is not possible to give information about the camping customers and to call them with loudspeakers. Visitors must wait to be received by customers at the direction or bar-restaurant area.
f) Visitors will not be able to use the internal parking, subject to availability, at the discretion of the management, upon payment of the scheduled rate.
g) The rate of any guest and / or visitor must, as a rule, be paid immediately upon arrival, in the absence of their daily fee will be charged to the owner of the pitch which, entering the guest in the interior of the 'camping area, it automatically authorizes the charge.
h) In the case of a large number of presences within the campsite, the management reserves the right to limit entry to guests
i) The management reserves the right to take all measures deemed appropriate for identifying customers at the entrance of the camp site and during their stay (magnetic cards, bracelets, etc ...).
7.4. Capannine Beach:
a) Check-in is from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and must be carried out on the first day of possession of the capannina
b) The arrival and occupation of huts in a number of people above the maximum number is not allowed. Failure to comply with the above will result in the removal of defaulting guests, without any refund for any amount paid.
c) You can not bring into your establishment beach equipment (beach umbrellas, deck chairs, sun beds, etc.) and any other equipment that is different from the one already present in the bathing establishment and supplied.
d) The customer is responsible for the beach furnishings that are delivered to him when they are used (such as sheds, umbrellas, deck chairs, chairs, sunbeds of any kind) and therefore is responsible for the mismanagement or use of the same in the period (even daily) in which it uses the aforementioned furnishings.
e) The customer must therefore use the bathing facilities and furnishings, taking care not to damage them, under penalty of reimbursement of the damage suffered by the aforementioned furnishings and equipment.
f) The customer must promptly inform the lifeguard of the establishment of any malfunction of beach furniture.
g) The use of the services offered can take place exclusively during the opening hours of the bathhouse from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and is subject to the advance payment of the amounts corresponding to the services requested, according to the rates set out in the price list in force.
h) The lifesaving service is insured from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm with interruption from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm.
i) The accommodation on the beach is cared exclusively by the staff of the beach.
j) The raised red flag indicates danger for bathing; therefore it is forbidden to cross the buoys that delimit the safe waters.
k) Animals of any species can not be brought to the beach, even if they have a muzzle or leash, with the exception of guide dogs. Thomas Beach is dedicated to those who wish to bring their four-legged friends to the beach.
l) It is forbidden to move chairs or deckchairs from one umbrella to another.
m) Minors are allowed only if accompanied by adults who take formal responsibility towards them. Children under the age of 12 must always be supervised by their parents and can not be removed independently, thus remaining always in a visual ray from them.
n) Both on the beach and inside the structure are prohibited games that cause noise or annoy and disturb other guests of the structure and are absolutely prohibited games with the ball.
8. (CHECK-OUT) Customers departure.
8.1. Bungalow:
a) The bungalows' customers have the obligation to leave the lodgings free by 10 am on the day of departure, to allow their cleaning before the next reuse; after this time will be debited:
b) a quarter of the daily rate if the "resource" is released within the following 60 minutes;
c) Half of the daily rate if the stay is extended beyond the next 60 minutes.
d) The living unit must be left with clean dishes; otherwise an additional charge of € 25.00 will be charged. Any damage to the structures, equipment, and / or furnishings found by the staff responsible for the control entails the forfeiture of the deposit, subject to greater damage that will be charged to the customer. The contestation of the damage must be timely, but may take place even after departure, provided that within the day. In case of refusal of the compensation, the legal costs for the recovery of the credit will also be debited.
8.2. Tents and caravans:
a) Campers have the obligation to leave the pitches free by 12.00 on the day of departure.
b) At the end of the stay, the Guest has the obligation to remove his mobile vehicle, as well as any other property or equipment he owns. The right of Glauco BeachClub to compensation for damage for such unauthorized stay or deposit is reserved.
c) Permanence beyond the established time is allowed only in exceptional cases of force majeure or if agreed in advance with the management.
d) Any complaints by the customer must occur immediately with the provision of the service and / or in any case within 3 days.
8.3. Capannine Beach:
a) Customers have the obligation to leave the free shed by 7.00 pm on the day of departure.
b) At the end of the stay the customer has the obligation to remove the goods or equipment owned by him. The right of the Glauco BeachClub is reserved for the removal of any object left on the beach.
c) c) Any disputes by the customer must occur immediately with the provision of the service and / or in any case within 3 days.
9. Entry for loading / unloading and pitch preparation.
a) Access to motor vehicles is prohibited inside the campsite, except:
• RVs and "car in pitch" authorization holders
• To camping suppliers and vehicles;
• To those accompanying people with mobility difficulties, subject to authorization by the management.
b) The transit of the vehicles will take place from 08.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00.
c) All the noises that may disturb the rest of the campers or of the citizens who live near the campsite are forbidden. All are asked to keep the volume of the televisions, radios, etc. low. and to make their children respect the right to rest of others.
d) During the evening and night hours all campers can enter and leave the campsite freely: during the night hours the entrance gate can remain closed, as well as the reception-management and only the pedestrian gate can be used.
e) To allow entry to unauthorized persons, involves a serious risk for the safety of the campsite and the violation of specific regulatory provisions and consequently the responsible party will be immediately removed from the accommodation, in addition to the payment of a penalty of € 50, 00 for each person illegally made to pass as compensation for the economic damage suffered
10. RULES OF CONDUCT FOR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR GUESTS
10.1. Parking area.
a) Access to the parking lot is reserved for authorized cars only and with the relevant badge displayed in a visible way.
b) Il Glauco Beach Club reserves the right at its sole discretion to have access to the car park outside the structure upon payment for the parking fee as per current price list.
c) Parking is not guarded and is without insurance coverage. The rate is due exclusively for the sole occupation of the land owned by Glauco srl. Cars can enter only if authorized by the management following the payment of the agreed fare. Each vehicle parked in such a way as to clutter the access roads or occupying more than one parking space because badly positioned, can be removed by specialized firms (charging the cost to the owners of the same) without prior notice.
d) The admitted car will be equipped with a special pass to be positioned visibly on the dashboard; in case of non-compliance the pass will be withdrawn and with it the right to access the parking lot. Cars without a pass can not access the campsite and, if found inside, will be removed and taken outside to the unattended area at the owners' expense, with no responsibility for any damage caused.
e) It is also obligatory to verify that your car does not pollute the soil with losses of liquids and oil.
f) It is not permitted to deposit trailers for boats or anything else in any area of the structure.
g) The motorbikes / motorbikes of the guests must be parked in the area designated for them. Guests are not permitted to occupy the car park with them.
10.2. Common Spaces.
a) The use of the common areas is allowed to the guests of the camping and the bathing establishment in compliance with the rules of good civil life and in particular: Inside the campsite it is forbidden:
b) Laying beds, or lying down on the ground in the squares and streets, in places open to the public passage, and in the public space in front of the commercial activities;
c) Consume meals in public places, except for specially equipped areas;
d) Performing dejections or spitting in public places or open to the public or visible from these places;
e) Circulate or park vehicles inside flowerbeds and green areas, posters or flyers to trees, road signs or other camping facilities, write on walls or dirty them, or otherwise damage the vegetation and the camping properties and customers;
f) Throw cigarettes or chewed gums, or leave the waste outside the appropriate containers;
g) Leave bicycles and other unguarded items to get in the way or placed on street furniture, poles, street lamps, trees or road signs. h) Climbing or climbing on poles, trees, monuments, signage or other camping properties;
i) Use boards (skating-board), bicycles, scooters or similar on paved areas in front of commercial activities and in "piazzetta"
j) It is forbidden to play football, tennis, running or anything else in the square, on the paved areas, in the bar and restaurant areas, on the streets, in the streets, and around the pitches or bungalows
k) Making rainwater drainage pits on the roads and pitches of the campsite;
l) In the flowerbeds and in the green areas picking flowers, damaging the plants or their supports, walking on the grassy areas, damaging them, wasting public equipment anyway.
m) Damaging the plants and equipment of the camp site as well as pouring salted liquids or waste onto the ground,
n) Turn on open fires. Use of the grid is not allowed. Guests, if they want to make barbecues, can ask the reception to access the dedicated area, making themselves loaded with all the cleaning in order to leave the area ready for later use. The reception reserves the right to deny future access to this area to guests who do not comply with the above.
o) Wash crockery, food or linen in the drinking water fountains scattered around the campsite.
p) Depositing wastes that have not been previously stored in special well-closed plastic bags before being placed in the bins and moving the collection bins from the assigned position
q) Use water for improper use. Use is permitted for primary use only (cooking, personal hygiene, dish washing and clothing). We kindly ask our guests to take particular care, avoiding any form of waste,
r) The washing of cars will be sanctioned with an amount equal to € 20.00.
s) Incorrect and incorrect use of common toilets (children must be supervised by adults);
On the beach and in the bathhouse it is forbidden:
a) Throw cigarette butts or cards but you need to use the appropriate waste bins.
b) Lighting fires on the beach; transgressors of this provision will be reported to the competent authorities of P.S .;
c) It is not allowed to introduce in the factory portable refrigerators or similar or thermal bags or containers with food and drinks.
d) It is not allowed to eat meals on the beach, except for small drinks such as small scones, toasts, small sandwiches and in any case small mini portions.
e) The waste must be stored in the appropriate containers. It is also forbidden to deposit waste bags temporarily anywhere else.
f) From 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm it is forbidden to keep any sound system that could disturb.
g) Playing football, tennis, beach tennis, or other in the area of responsibility of Glauco srl. The offenders will be directly responsible for any damage to things or people by relieving Glauco srl of any responsibility.
11. Electrical Connections - Use Of Cables And Electrical Equipment
a) It is the responsibility of the Glauco Beach Club to guarantee electricity up to the electrical tower adjacent to the pitch.
b) Any connection to the electric tower is the responsibility of the customer. The electrical connection is allowed only with rubber cable according to the EEC standard and must be extended on the ground without crossing the roads. The cable must be no more than 25 meters long. and there must not be any junctions from the caravan or turret tent.
c) Each pitch can not use more than one outlet
d) The distributed electric current is 220v / 600w. It is therefore forbidden to use hairdryers, irons, and other high absorption appliances. This would cause the power to break in the column. For these uses, use the appropriate sockets at the service block. e) It is forbidden to obstruct the viable routes located inside the accommodation with cables and / or any other instrument for the derivation of electricity; it is also forbidden to support the surrounding vegetation.
f) The staff of the accommodation is expressly authorized to the immediate posting without notice of any cable and / or other instrument affixed in violation of the previous paragraphs. The same authorization is granted in the case of resulting electrical connections that do not comply with current legislation.
g) The use of antennas, dishes and any other means suitable for the reception of radio and television signals must be done with the utmost decorum and in the space of your pitch, it is absolutely forbidden to install the above equipment on the vegetation present in the campsite. The owners of these vehicles assume full responsibility for the installation and the consequent damages that could be caused both towards Glauco srl and other guests.
12. Use Of Sound Diffusion Devices
It is forbidden to use musical instruments or any other means suitable for the diffusion of sounds during the silence, in the remaining time space the use of TV, radio, etc .. must be used in full respect of the rest of others and rules of conduct.
It is forbidden to adopt behaviors that cause disturbance to the public peace within the accommodation and its appurtenances.
The management, at its own unquestionable discretion, may provide exemptions for animation activities.
13. Circulation
A speed limit of 4 km / h is established for circulation within the accommodation facility.
The staff of the accommodation is allowed to confiscate the bicycle to the minor of age that leads to a speed above the limit referred to in the preceding paragraph, or in such a way as to create danger to others; the vehicle will be made available to the adult who is responsible for the minor.
In the event that this infraction is committed by a person of greater age, a written warning is given to this; in case of reiteration of the pipeline, the use of the vehicle inside the structure will be inhibited. At the time of the dispute, offenders are required to immediately cease behavior in violation of this regulation. The omission of these obligations constitutes a new violation of camping regulations.
14. Assignment of waste
In addition to what is established in the previous articles, it is forbidden to place in the bins and containers provided for:
a) Hazardous waste
b) Special non-hazardous waste not declared urban
c) Dangerous urban waste
d) Urban waste for which special contributions have been established
e) Of the collection service (such as bulky waste) or differentiated collection
f) Tertiary packaging waste
g) Of materials in the liquid state
h) It is forbidden for users of the service to overturn, move or damage in any way the bins and / or bins, which must be closed after use.
i) It is also forbidden to carry out written on the bins or to place on them materials of any kind and size (posters, adhesive plates) except as expressly authorized.
15. Disinfestation.
Periodically, a disinfestation against mosquitoes is carried out. The products used are environmentally friendly, non-toxic and do not cause damage to things and to the health of people and animals.
16. Dogs & cats.
a) Inside the Glauco Beach Club pets are allowed but we reserve the right not to accept those breeds defined dangerous as listed in the list of dog breeds published in the official gazette n. 10 of 13 January 2007: american bulldog; sheepdog; greenhouse dog from extreme; Doberman; Dogo Argentino; row brazileirr, Neapolitan mastiff; perro; pit bull; rafeiro do alentejo; rottweiler; tosa inu.
b) Each animal must be equipped with vaccination and a special health card to be presented to management;
c) Dogs must always be kept on a leash and, in the case of aggressive dogs, even with a muzzle.
d) It is absolutely forbidden to leave the dogs alone inside their pitch or overnight accommodation: the dogs found to bark in the absence of the owners will be taken away by the competent authorities and the transgressors will be charged a fine of € 50.00 damage. In case of repetition the offenders will be removed from the campsite and will be required to pay the entire stay beyond the penalty.
e) It is absolutely forbidden to allow dogs to roam alone for camping. A penalty of € 10.00 will be applied to the owners of the dogs found to wander alone each time. If on that occasion the dog has also deposited their needs within the Glauco Beach Club the penalty rises to € 50.00.
f) If the excrements are deposited in the paved areas or in the bar / restaurant area, the fine increases to € 100.00. Those who refuse to pay will be asked to leave the campsite immediately.
g) Cats must have a special bedding for the needs, which must be disposed of in a closed bag;
h) The owners must bring the dogs immediately outside the village where they can "dirty". The owners are required to immediately remove the droppings, which can be deposited, with the help of a sachet, inside the garbage cans. Who transgresses the rule to immediately remove the excrements of his dog, will be punished with a fine of € 20.00.
i) For reasons of hygiene, it is not allowed to bring the animals into the toilet. In the event of failure to comply with this rule, a fine of € 10.00 will be applied for the first time and € 50.00 in the event of a reiteration of the abuse during the period of stay.
j) It is absolutely forbidden to take a shower in the dogs inside the toilets or in the outdoor showers.
k) The owners of dogs and cats must work to ensure that their animal does not invade the pitch of others.
l) Noisy dogs, who growl or bark insistently and prolonged, will not be allowed to stay in the campsite.
m) The owners of dogs and cats are also responsible for any damage caused by their animals to things and / or people.
n) The guest who does not respect the "dogs" regulation, in addition to paying the fine, will be invited to leave the accommodation immediately.
17. Behavior In The Event Of Fire Or Other Emergency.
17.1. In case of fire
In the event of a serious fire, the customers will have to reach in good order the "temporary collection points" indicated by affixed plants placed in various points of the campsite, where they will wait for the emergency team that will lead them to the general collection point at the entrance to the accommodation.
17.2. In case other emergencies
Sanitary, serious natural events, public safety situations, inconveniences by sea: contact the camp staff if available or consult the information board at the entrance where all the telephone numbers for the request for help are shown.
18. Personal Effects.
Each camper or patron in the bathing establishment is required to guard. personal effects. The management is not liable for any loss or theft of the same nor for any damage caused to the equipment of customers.
In particular, Glauco srl is excluded from any responsibility for the custody, possession, loss, subtraction of any garment, material, personal impact of value and not the customers of the plant can leave in the bar area. restaurant, services, caravan, pitch, car or under the umbrella.
The beach service offered by the establishment does not intend to include the service of custody and surveillance of the personal effects of individual customers who will therefore be the sole responsible of the aforementioned custody excluding from now any and every responsibility Glauco srl or its employees.
19. Responsibility.
Glauco s.r.l .. does not answer for damages to people and / or things, caused by:
a) Conduct of other guests;
b) natural disasters hail, thunderstorms, tornadoes, tornadoes, floods, and as a consequence of these, fall of plants, branches, and / or pine cones.
c) Any other cause that does not depend on gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of employees or management;
It declines other yes any kind of responsibility for damages to people and / or things deriving from:
d) Sudden interruption or failure to supply gas and / or water and / or electricity.
e) The management reserves the right to remove or remove from third parties (debiting the cost), any private facility or equipment is detected, dangerous during or following exceptional weather or fire, even in the absence of the owners and without notice to them .
f) The customers and / or their guests are personally responsible towards the Glauco campsite and / or third parties for any damage to persons and / or things, direct and / or indirect, for any reason caused as a result of conduct undertaken in violation of rules of the present contract and / or other regulations in force as applicable.
g) The violation of the prohibitions referred to in the previous articles, unless otherwise indicated, will result in the obligation to pay Glauco BeachClub, as a penalty clause, a sum of 50.00 euros for each violation; Glauco srl's right to compensation for greater damage remains firm.
h) The reiteration of the aforementioned prohibitions implies the immediate termination of the residence contract, with the obligation of the client and his guests to leave the accommodation within 6 hours of receipt of the communication of resolution, as well as, as a penalty clause, to pay the price of the entire booked stay, even if the one enjoyed is less, with the right of Glauco srl to retain the security until the satisfaction of their credit reasons, and to be compensated for the greater damage.
20. FINAL PROVISIONS
20.1. Right of Retention.
Glauco srl reserves the right to retain the right of means and / or equipment in the case of non-payment by customers.
20.2. Variations
Any change to the provision of the camping service that is not in contrast with the rules of this contract is made public by posting it on the appropriate notice board located at the entrance of the structure.
Any changes authorized for a single customer are communicated to this in writing, which must be presented at the simple request of the staff of the accommodation. This exception does not constitute a source of equivalent rights in favor of third parties.
20.3. Disputes
This contract is subject to Italian law and for any interpretation pertaining to what is stated or for what is not provided, reference is made to national, regional and municipal laws, and in the absence of customs and habits.
In the event of legal action, the competent court is that of Catanzaro
20.4. Sale of the Contract
The present contract, the rights and obligations deriving from it will be automatically transferred, without the need for any consent from the customer, as a result of mergers, incorporations, sales of company or business branch concerning exclusively Glauco srl
Glauco srl does not accept the transfer to third parties of this contract by the customer.
20.5. Closing Clauses
Possible tolerances by Glauco srl, referring to the conduct of the customers, and / or their guests who are in violation with the provisions of this contract, do not constitute a waiver of the relative rights that are due to them on the basis of the same clauses.
In the event that any contractual clause, for whatever reason, does not comply with mandatory provisions of law, the same will be ineffective, without prejudice to the validity of the remaining clauses.
This contract constitutes the complete manifestation of all the agreements between the parties and exhausts the discipline of their rights and obligations for what concerns the object of the agreement itself. Any previous and different written and oral agreement, both between the parties and third parties, with regard to the present contract, is to be understood as annulled and deprived of its effect.
For any changes to the terms and conditions of this contract, the written form is required under penalty of nullity.
20.6. Following edits.
Glauco srl reserves the right to modify this regulation following causes and / or regulations imposed by the authorities such as: public security, region, province, municipality, az. Uses, etc ... and / or causes dictated by common sense and civil cohabitation.
